Patch 1.24c

Patch 1.24c was released for our beloved game.
The patch log can be found below:

FIXES

- Fixed a problem with the "Chapter Six: The Culling" human campaign map
that was preventing it from loading.
- Fixed an issue that allowed JASS functions to return incorrect values
under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue that caused the TriggerEvaluate native to return
incorrect values under certain conditions.
- Fixed a minor memory leak when using GroupEnum natives.
- Fixed a crash when using the CreateImage native on PPC Mac.
- Updated Mac World Editor to work with recent JASS changes.

I personally am happy that I can play The Culling again! I really missed it.

These patches suck monkey dick. Do you remember when a patch meant new heroes (new models!), new maps, actually meaningful changes to warcraft? The times when the changelog was actually a roll of toilet paper instead of these 4-5 sentences?
I couldn't care less about what value is returned wrong under what astronomic circumstance or if a mission isn't loaded in some rare cases. Now, this is my personal opinion of course, I am sure that there are people who appreciate these mediocre fixes (the word change is now barely relevant, let alone 'add'). But nonetheless, I am sure you find yourself agreeing. Of course, Wc3 is around 8 years old, and I don't exactly mind them not supporting it actively anymore, but imo these tiny patches are more of a tease than anything. I'd say "All or nothing".

Well let's just put it this way: My gameplay experience from the past patches has not been changed in any significant way since the addition of permanent health bars. Sure, there's been some notable additions in between, but I don't really draw any advantage from them. That doesn't make them bad, but I feel like expressing my nostalgia for times when a patch brought something as awesome as actual game content. I got a boner when I first saw the Firelord, just like that, popping out of the Tavern. Do I get a boner because a crash when using the CreateImage native on PPC Mac has been fixed? Nope.

I wouldn't say that I am grumpy, I'm just stating my opinion, which in this case, is not a positive one.
