CBS Maze Contest #1
Hey people, this time, we're having a maze level creation contest. All of you should participate as this is an excellent chance to prove your skills. To participate, simply create a map including an escape level and a fitting escaping unit for it. The game should be playable and be creative in some way. The task Create a single escape level and an escaper with 2 abilities. Rules
Breaking this rules may lead to disqualification. Judging -Concept/Gameplay 30% (How good is the map to play? Is everything working correctly? Is there a visible concept?) -Terrain 20% (Does the terrain look good? Is it fitting to the gameplay?) -Abilities 20% (Are the abilities creative and useful?) -Combination 10% (Are the single parts of the map fitting together?) -Visuals 10% (Do the used effects look good?) -Fun Factor 10% (Is it fun to play the game? Is it exciting?) The winner will be chosen by 2 judges (Battlelord and me) Prizes 0-3 participants: First prize - 30 reputation points and a #1 Contest Banner 4-6 participants: First prize - 30 reputation points and a #1 Contest Banner Second prize - 20 reputation points and a #2 Contest Banner 6+ participants: First prize - 30 reputation points and a #1 Contest Banner Second prize - 20 reputation points and a #2 Contest Banner Third prize - 10 reputation points and a #3 Contest Banner Deadline Monday 13 July 22:00 GMT+1. Entries submitted after this time, are no longer participating in the contest. So that's about it! Good luck, have fun! Do the map have to be the common "Escape map" (Path and when you walk down you are dead) or are we even aloud to change that a bit (or a bit more

Why? Escape maps never had abilities except for those stupid ones with windwalk and auras. Demonhunter ftl.

Skar, play Jungle Labyrinth for escapes with abilities that don't suck. Also, your abilities can be passives if you want to be anal-retentive about it
Additionally, the auras weren't stupid at all as they inspired a certain measure of teamwork being good, and windwalk is more interesting than no windwalk at all especially if done right. Question: In the hypothetical circumstance that I develop my current concept, would it be alright to have two different units with exactly the same stats but different names (FOR RP REASONS LOL I LIKE LORE)? OFFTOPIC: I just realized my sig looks vaguely like a tank O.o
