Hey,
we'll have a testnight on Feb, the 7th, at 21:00 (GMT+1). We'll meet in the clan channel @ Northrend for playing:
-the contest submissions of Combuster and KamiFlahsedDodo
-other clan maps (we'll decide that spontaneously)
It'd be cool if as many people as possible appear there.

| | | | | | | Clan CBS Presents: CBS Mini-Map Contest #1 |
Today Gate presented the new CBS Contest, after having had a pause from contests. Everyone is allowed and encouraged to participate. The goal is to create a mini-map, playable for 5+ players. More details can be found in the following thread: Click me!
The deadline is the 31st of January.
We hope to see more participants than in former contests and wish you all good luck, and above all: have fun! |

Patch 1.24c was released for our beloved game.

that was preventing it from loading.

Today, a great tradition is revived. In the evening all possible CBS members will gather up in our clan channel, to do what warcraft 3 is about.
Play our maps, improve them, give feedback, hang around, have FUN!
We'd like to see growing participation numbers, because that's the reason why the cbs testnight has been abandoned before.

The new wc3 patch introduced hash-tables to gui and fixed various jass issues, including the return bug.
Several jass-focused maps (including DotA) abused this return bug in order to get a hash-similar effect. As a result, those maps don't work anymore until they use blizzards newly introduced functions instead.
To sum it up:
-DotA doesn't work right now, this might be an opportunity for less popular maps to give it a try.
-The return bug doesn't work anymore, you might want to fix your maps if you made use of it.
-You can now easily use Hash Tables in GUI as well. Check http://www.clancbs.com/board/showthread.php?t=3672 for more info. |

| | | | | | | Cleaned up "Maps"-section |
To increase the overview, I cleaned up the maps section by deleting all outdated versions of the maps which were uploaded more than once.
As further news, it seems there are some domain-issues which prevent certain people from accessing our site. My appologies for this incident, I hope it can be fixed very soon. |
