Recreation of CBS!
Gate[C]aster, Laosh'Ra and D.a.r.k.s.t.a.r reveal their thoughts about the future of the clan:

Originally, it was planned to extend the existing wc3 CBS by creating a wc3/sc2 hybrid design so the clan would exist in both games at once.
However, our webmaster Knoore is rarely showing up and the design is apparently not going to be ready in time, if at all.
Knoore has done a great job in the past allownig CBS to express their ambitions without being limited to technical issues.
However, wc3 is dying out, people are getting inactive...

Thus, we started plans to let CBS rest in peace and create something new from scratch for Starcraft 2: a new clan, a new name, a new website.
A potential webmaster has been found, Gate[C]aster volunteered to take care of the graphics. Not being as active as I used to be I will probably retire as leader and focus myself on a sub-section of the clan instead, making Gate[C]aster the new souvereign.
We will also attempt to transfer the wc3 content as a subsection of the new clan, to prevent it from getting lost.

However, all of these plans are not final yet and we would like your oppinions about this.

CBS Testnight 07.02.2010
Hey,

we'll have a testnight on Feb, the 7th, at 21:00 (GMT+1). We'll meet in the clan channel @ Northrend for playing:
-the contest submissions of Combuster and KamiFlahsedDodo
-other clan maps (we'll decide that spontaneously)

It'd be cool if as many people as possible appear there.

See you then!

CBS Testnight TODAY! (14th august)
Today, a great tradition is revived. In the evening all possible CBS members will gather up in our clan channel, to do what warcraft 3 is about.

Play our maps, improve them, give feedback, hang around, have FUN!
We'd like to see growing participation numbers, because that's the reason why the cbs testnight has been abandoned before.

See you there, this evening!
Channel 'Clan CBS' @ Northrend.

greetings

The upgraded Battle.net is an integral part of the StarCraft II experience and will be an essential part of all of our games moving forward. This extra development time will be critical to help us realize our vision for the service.

Our mission is to develop games that deliver an epic entertainment experience. As part of that commitment, we will always take as much time as needed to ensure that our games and services meet the expectations of our players and the standard for quality that we set for ourselves as developers. As we work to make Battle.net the premier online gaming destination, we’ll also continue to polish and refine StarCraft II, and we look forward to delivering a real-time strategy gaming experience worthy of the series’ legacy in the first half of 2010.

We will share more details about the beta, Battle.net, and StarCraft II’s launch in the future. Keep an eye on the official website at http://www.starcraft2.com for updates, and as always, thank you for your continued enthusiasm and support for StarCraft II and all of Blizzard Entertainment’s games.
So we will still have some time with our good ol' wc3.

Greetings
Darkstar
